About the college

Trinity is a medium-sized college with a great central location in the heart of the city centre. We encourage openness and engagement: with each other in college, with the wider university, with the local community, and with the world at large.

Trinity is progressive, dynamic, supportive and welcomes everyone.

We provide accommodation for all years of an undergraduate course and our food is renowned as among the best in Oxford. Our excellent facilities, generous bursaries and welcoming student community will support you to thrive and experience the best of what Oxford has to offer.

Our students are involved in a wide range of activities, and reflect a diverse and inclusive community. We have a range of active student societies and sports teams, as well as an annual Arts Week and a group of committed Student Ambassadors who contribute to our access work in Oxford and beyond.

Our non-auditioned choir gives recitals both in Oxford and on tour, in recent years visiting Tuscany, Budapest and Madrid. Many subjects also have their own societies, hosting guest speakers and social events.

Outreach programmes

We run an active schools & outreach programme working with schools, students and teachers in our linked regions.

We also work in partnership with St Anne's College and Christ Church as members of the Oxford for North East consortium to support schools and prospective applicants across the North East of England. Schools based in Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas can also look at the Oxford for Oxford pages to explore what else is on offer across the University.

Our outreach priorities

The Access Team at Trinity College prioritise outreach engagement with state schools in our linked regions. We provide support on the basis of specific needs related to lower rates of progression to higher education, Russell Group universities and the University of Oxford.

We also prioritise engagement with under-represented and disadvantaged groups of students.
