Careers weekly newsletter 

Get the latest careers and employability news, events and opportunities for University of Oxford students delivered to your inbox by signing up for the weekly Careers newsletters. Newsletters are sent on Fridays during term time and occasionally outside term. You have the option to sign up to our newsletters at registration at the start of term and can manage your preferences on the Oxford Student Self Service portal. 

How to subscribe or unsubscribe: Beneath the 'Career plans and employability skills' section are two questions regarding receiving communication from the Careers Service; so you can Opt in (subscribe) and/or Opt out (unsubscribe) of Career emails.

Internship Office newsletter

University of Oxford students can join the Internship Office mailing list in order to receive additional information and updates about our internship programmes.

You can subscribe to receive Internship Office newsletters through the Internship Office newsletter webform.

You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the Internship Office newsletter.

Opportunities and Events alerts via CareerConnect

In your CareerConnect profile, you can Subscribe or Unsubscribe under the 'Email Preferences' section to receive automated daily or weekly Opportunities Alerts or Event Alerts. These alerts list the latest opportunities added directly by organisations on the CareerConnect system.

Opted in but not seeing the emails? 

Sometimes, Outlook may treat normal emails as junk and filter them into the junk email folder. Please check your Junk folder and if you spot our emails in there, please mark email and email sender as 'Not Junk' in Outlook. Here's how:

• Click on your Junk Email folder
• Right-click the message labeled as 'Junk' and select Junk >> Not Junk
• A 'Mark as Not Junk' box will come up. Check 'Always trust email From [email protected]' and check your email address below that
• Click OK. The message will be moved to your Inbox and won’t be blocked as Junk again
