The Crankstart Careers Mentoring Programme gives University of Oxford Crankstart Scholars the opportunity to gain insights into an industry or sector, reflect on their career goals, and build confidence with the support of an experienced professional acting as their mentor.

Open to University of Oxford Crankstart Scholars, the Crankstart Career Development Programme supports scholars to develop their career ideas proactively and with confidence, regardless of where they are in their career journey.
