*the issues of 25 September and 26 March publish time-critical University business only

Copy deadlines
Gazette copy received will be published in the next available issue. Inclusion in any issue is subject to availability of space.
Copy for supplements and classified advertisements must be received by noon on Wednesday of the week before publication.
Occasionally it is necessary to vary these deadlines. Notice of any variation will be given in the published Gazette and on this webpage.

The University Calendar is a snapshot of the officers, staff and structure of the University of Oxford and its constituent colleges at the point of publication (Oxford SSO required). An updated edition is published online each term, and a print edition is published each year.

Submitting items for publication
If you want us to publish a notice, lecture or advertisement, there is now a dedicated Content submissions page with clear guidance on:

Gazette issues and their content
- The current issue of the Gazette will always be available at the top of this homepage.
- Past issues of the Gazette, including those from earlier this year, are accessible via the Back Issues section of the Archive content page. Individual volumes of the Gazette from 1870 remain available via links from that page to the Figshare archive.
- Lists of links to content published by subject since 2020 are in the Content by Subject section of the Archive content page.
- Changes to Examination Regulations have been consolidated into a single dedicated page, making it easier to find amendments from
- Statistical information no longer exists as separate pieces of content. Admissions Statistics, Final Honour Schools results and Student Numbers can be found as supplements within Gazette volumes, links to which can be found on the Back Issues section of the Archive content page.
- Corrections to published issues can be found in the Corrections section of the Archive content page.

University Calendar
Links to online editions of the Calendar and information about submitting updates to the termly editions has moved to SharePoint.
