This section provides information for both staff and students about accessing key IT support and services for your work at Oxford. It includes guidance on using secure Single Sign-On (SSO) to access University systems, what to do if you need to change or reset your password, how to sign into our digital services, Wi-Fi access at Oxford (including the public Wi-Fi and eduroam), the University's VPN (virtual private network), remote desktop access (CONNECT service), and using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
You can also find out about your University Card and other entitlements, and what to do if you're leaving the University or returning.
