Root certificate update

The root certificate used for eduroam expired on 5th August 2025. To update your device, please use its Recommended method from our how to connect to eduroam Wi-Fi web page.

General troubleshooting

Use the information on this page to help diagnose and resolve common Wi-Fi problems. If you have a connection but apps are performing poorly then we would recommend skipping straight to the Slow connection section as this will help determine whether the issue lies with the Wi-Fi connection or the app itself.
