24/7 IT support is available online via our IT self service, IT self help site and by phone, and you can speak to your local IT team.

Students and staff in colleges and departments should contact their local IT support team in the first instance. Local IT can deal effectively with a wide range of support needs including Single Sign-On (SSO) password and multifactor authentication resets, WiFi and network problems, and all college or departmental services.

For all urgent IT queries, call +44 1865 6 12345 via telephone or Microsoft Teams. Available 24/7. Please have your University Card to hand when you call.

Outside normal working hours, you can also use Ember Chat to raise queries and get immediate assistance.
