Subscribing to the University Gazette

The Gazette is published weekly on Thursdays during term. The latest issue is always available on our homepage.

To subscribe to the Gazette: send an empty email to [email protected]. You must reply to the SYMPA confirmation email to activate your subscription.

Print copies of the Gazette are no longer distributed to individual readers, although copies of the Gazette are sent to University and college libraries and archives which request them.

External libraries and archives may purchase a print subscription from our online store.

If you have a disability which prevents you from reading the Gazette online, please contact us to discuss options available.

If you have delegate or full access to another user's email (eg as their PA), you can subscribe on their behalf. To subscribe to the Gazette: send an empty email to [email protected]. You must reply to the SYMPA confirmation email to activate your subscription.

You will continue to be sent emails at your subscribed email address until you either unsubscribe or the email address becomes inactive.

If you want to change your subscription email address:

• unsubscribe with your existing email address by sending an email to [email protected]
• subscribe with your new one by sending an email to [email protected].  You must reply to the SYMPA confirmation email to activate your subscription.

If you no longer have access to your old email address, just subscribe with your new address – your old subscription will stop on its own once your email address becomes inactive.

OUP's Annual Report (the report of the Delegates of the University Press) is published by OUP in July each year and a link to the report is given in the final Gazette issue of each academic year.
