There are lots of ways to take action for yourself and others to promote good mental health.
- Join a Wellbeing Tour at the Oxford Botanic Garden (entry is free for students!)
- Take part in an event from the MPLS Division’s Mental Health Awareness Week programme- open to students and staff across the University.
- Explore volunteering opportunities for students in Oxford, including at the Gardens, Libraries and Museums, and through Oxford Hub.
- Get support if you need it from the University’s Student Welfare and Support Services, or your college welfare team.
