AI in teaching and learning

The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) supports academic and professional services staff across the University to explore the opportunities AI offers while responding to its challenges thoughtfully and responsibly. We provide practical resources, consultancy, workshops, communities of practice and opportunities to share emerging practice, helping colleagues design effective teaching and assessment, make informed decisions about the use of AI, and enhance the student learning experience. Working collaboratively with departments, faculties and professional services, we bring together expertise in educational development, digital education and institutional policy to support an evidence-informed and coordinated approach to AI in education across Oxford.
