Ordering University-branded business cards

To order business cards, fill in the web form.

You may order business cards containing just the University of Oxford brand logo, with your department or faculty logo printed alongside the University of Oxford logo, or with just your college crest.

'Student' is the recognised term for those registered for a degree or other qualification of the University, and is printed within the Course of Study field – for example, ‘DPhil Student in ....’

The term 'Candidate' may be requested in exceptional circumstances (for example, for use by doctoral researchers in an international setting). If you are requesting this term, please use the order form’s Comments field to state the circumstances that justify this.

Alternative language and double-sided printing

If you require your details to be written in an alternative language to English on either the front or on the reverse of the business card, indicate this when completing the online form and email the alternative language text in a Word document to the Print Studio.

You may also choose to have your details printed in the same language on both sides of the card.

Cost and payment

Cards are available in a minimum quantity of 100. The cost is £36 per 100 single-sided cards, including VAT. Discounts are available on large orders; contact the Print Studio to discuss. An email requesting payment and providing a job number will be sent to you. Please quote the job number as a reference when making a payment online by debit or credit card at the University online shop. Cash payment is not accepted.

Delivery

Your printed business cards can be delivered to your college lodge, to your department, or you can collect them from the Print Studio. Please allow at least five working days from receiving the confirmation of your order. Delivery to any other address is not possible.

Business cards for student clubs and societies

The use of the University brand logo by student clubs and societies requires permission from the Proctors. Permission will only be given where these that have been registered with the Proctors for at least two complete terms and remains in force only as long as the club continues to re-register with the Proctors each year. The Print Studio will check with the Proctors that your club meets the above criteria.
