Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU)
The ACU administer a number of scholarships for Commonwealth citizens to study in the UK.

The Charles Wallace Trusts

Oxford University Alumni Groups
Several University of Oxford Alumni Groups offer bursaries for current students.
Previously bursaries have been available for students from Cornwall (£250-£500), Dorset (up to £350), East Kent (up to £750), East Sussex (£350) and Hertfordshire (up to £500). Details of future awards will be published on the above link.
