Offer documentation
Your departmental offer, college offer, and financial declaration explained.
Departmental offer
If you are offered a place on the course, the details of your departmental offer will be available in Graduate Applicant Self-Service. After reviewing the terms and conditions, you can choose whether to accept the offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, you will also be required to complete the Criminal Convictions Declaration to confirm that you have no unspent relevant convictions that might prevent you from taking up your place at Oxford.
topCollege offer
If your course is a matriculated one (involving membership of a college), after you have received information about your course offer, you will later receive details of your college offer via Self-Service. You will only receive information once a college is able to offer you a place. The college may be different from the one you expressed a preference for in your application if that college was unable to give you a place.
You will be able to read the college contract before confirming whether you wish to accept the offer. If you decline the offer, you will also be declining your place on the course.
topFinancial Declaration
You will also be able to use Self-Service to complete the online Financial Declaration Form. Where your fee status has yet to be confirmed, the financial declaration will not immediately be available and you will not yet be able to accept the college offer.
For some courses, including those without college membership, the financial declaration is managed by the academic department, so will appear in that section of the Self-Service screen.
