Graduate access: register your interest

We gather statistics around email opening, user location and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our email communications. Access to your data within the University will be provided to those who need to view it as part of their work in carrying out the purposes described above. We may share your data with companies who provide services to us, such as providers of email and mailing list services.

These companies are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your data in line with our policies. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes. We permit them to process your data only for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Additionally, your data may be shared with us by companies who provide services to us, such as external event providers. These companies are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your data in line with their own policies. Depending on the circumstances, however, we may have legal grounds for continuing to process your data, for example where processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or where the data is being further processed for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
