Thompson Cancer Research Fund

The University accepts with gratitude a gift of £500 from Mr Albert Thompson, and any further sums which may be contributed for the same purpose, for the establishment of the Albert Thompson Cancer Research Fund which shall be used, both as to capital and income, at the discretion of the Nuffield Professor of Surgery for the purpose of research into cancer of the colon and rectum.
