Grey Institute of Field Ornithology

The University accepts with gratitude the bequest of £500 from the late John Strangman Barrington, in memory of his father, the late Richard Manliffe Barrington, MA, LLB, FLS, MRIA, MBOU, to be used by members of the staff of the Edward Grey Institute of Field Ornithology on such ornithological research project directly related to Ireland as the Director for the time being of the Institute shall determine. In any published report of the results of such research work, it shall be made known that the expense of the project was defrayed from a fund donated in memory of the said Richard Manliffe Barrington.
