Strategic Planning and Prioritisation Board

The Strategic Planning and Prioritisation Board (SPPB) was established by Council.

The Strategic Planning and Prioritisation Board (SPPB) was established by Council in order to:

Oversee the development and delivery of the University’s Strategic Plan;
Oversee the delivery of the University’s Development Campaign; and
To review planned University change activity, consider organisational capacity to deliver that change, and prioritise or sequence change activity if required.
