Minor Capital Plan
The Minor Capital Plan is a rolling three-year plan for projects with a value under £15m, which is overseen by the Estates Investment Subgroup (EISG)
Strategic Capital Plan
The Strategic Capital Plan is overseen by the Strategic Capital Steering Group (SCSG), and includes projects over £15m in value or of particular strategic importance.
