Get help with the CoSy training booking system and find the right support for your query
CoSy is the University’s shared training booking system, used by many training teams across the University. This page helps route your enquiry to the right support.
If your query relates to:
- Digital Capabilities training, please use the Digital Capabilities support form
- eLearning courses, visit the eLearning support page for answers to common questions
- a specific course’s content or delivery, contact the training provider directly
If you are not sure where your query sits, or it is not covered above, use the contact form and we will direct it to the appropriate team.
Our support team is available between 08:30 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and University closures. If you contact us over the weekend, we will respond as soon as possible on the next working day.
