The DPhil in Cardiovascular Science (Vascular Contributions to Dementia) is a collaboration between the Universities of Oxford, Edinburgh, Leicester and University College London, focused on Vascular Contributions to Dementia and Neurodegeneration.
This 4-year DPhil will be funded by The British Heart Foundation and UK Dementia Research Institute.
Students will be based in one of the following institutes: Oxford, Edinburgh, Leicester or UCL, while benefiting from training, co-supervision, and collaboration across the partner institutions.
The course combines interdisciplinary training with in-depth research. Projects will span the full spectrum of research into vascular dementia and neurodegeneration.
