This section is designed for learners aged 12–16 who are beginning to develop their interests and explore subjects in greater depth. The resources here offer opportunities to go beyond the classroom, helping you build your understanding through a range of engaging materials. Whether you’re reading, listening, watching, or taking on a challenge, you can explore new ideas, reflect on what you discover, and even perhaps start making connections across different subjects.

Oxplore - Home of Big Questions

Big questions tackle complex ideas across a wide range of subjects and reflect the kind of critical thinking students undertake at university. Our goal is to raise aspirations, promote broader thinking and encourage intellectual curiosity, so everything you see is underpinned by the latest discoveries and research from the University of Oxford.
