Oxford Against Sexual Violence

Oxford Against Sexual Violence is a joint campaign between the University and Oxford University’s student union, Oxford SU, sending a clear message that sexual harassment and violence of any form is unacceptable.

The Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service is an award-winning provision for survivors regardless of age, gender or sexual orientation who have been affected by sexual harassment or violence. We recognise that cases are different and the support and advice they offer will be tailored to your own individual circumstances and need, and your choices about what you would like to do next.

All specialist advisors at the service are trained to support you at your own pace, free of charge and in confidence. Our Consent Matters online consent programme is available to all students to develop your understanding, communication and respect as a student in Oxford’s community. The short interactive course explores how to recognise and ask for sexual consent, look out for others, and where to find support if you need it.

Find out more about our Support Service by visiting the Oxford Against Sexual Violence page. Current students looking to speak to one of our advisors should email: [email protected].
