Updated health guidance for students in Oxford

New health guidance is now in place for students remaining in Oxford. This is due to a significant rise in COVID-19 cases at the University, including the omicron variant.

As part of the new guidance, you should now wear a face covering when indoors to help limit the spread of the virus, and they are required in University libraries (unless you are exempt). In addition, you should cancel all Christmas parties and gatherings in University buildings, and elsewhere where they are linked with studying at the University.

If you plan on leaving Oxford as part of the vacation, please remember to get tested for COVID-19 before you leave. You should do this by taking two LFD tests (and report the results) three days apart, before you go – as part of your regular testing.
