New wellbeing workshops

As part of the ongoing support to students throughout the pandemic, the University's Counselling Service is offering a series of workshops to help manage your wellbeing.

Managing Panic Attacks 

Are you experiencing episodes of extreme anxiety? Learn what causes panic attacks and gain practical strategies to manage them using a CBT approach.

Friday 20 November 10:30am-11:45am

Relaxation in COVID Times 

Do you feel stressed and tense? Learn techniques to relax and restore a sense of wellbeing. 

Thursday 3 December 5.15pm-6.30pm

Reducing Digital Distraction 

Do you feel like you have a love/hate relationship with your digital devices? Learn how you can maximise the benefits while minimising the downsides of screen time.

Wednesday 2 December 4-6pm

Thursday 3 December 4-6pm

Friday 4 December 10am-12pm or 3-5pm
