Reported Student Support

Being reported for sexual violence or harassment can be an isolating, upsetting and confusing experience. The Reported Student Service seeks to provide practical and emotional support to all students who have been reported for, or accused of, sexual misconduct. We can provide practical advice around policy and procedure and offer a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

All students referring into the service are seen by a Specialist Caseworker who works specifically with students who have been reported for sexual misconduct, to ensure that there are no potential conflicts of interest or overlap with the support offered by Specialist Caseworkers working with survivors of sexual violence in the Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service.

“My caseworker has been incredibly supportive, has been non-judgemental and an excellent listener” – Reported student
