This seminar will explore the challenges in addressing Disability Hate Crime. It will interrogate the construction of disabled people as 'vulnerable' and it will identify legal policy changes that might better deliver justice for disabled people

The Warden of Wadham College, Ken Macdonald QC will be joined by Dr Seamus Taylor CBE, Maynooth University, Professor Mark Walters, Sussex University, Joanna Perry, Independent Hate Crime Consultant and Mark Brookes, Disability Activist.
