LMH Maths and Computer Science Taster Day

Students from state schools and colleges across the UK  in Year 12 (or equivalent) are invited to join us for our Mathematics and Computer Science Taster Day on Wednesday 6 May.

During the day there will be taster lectures in different topics with our academic tutors. You will get the chance to take part in hands-on academic sessions, and explore Mathematics and Computer Science beyond the school curriculum. You will also be given a tour of the college by a current undergraduate student, and a free lunch in our dining hall.

You will have the opportunity to learn about Oxford, and the admissions process for Mathematics and Computer Science. This will include a discussion of the Maths test and a mock-interview.

We welcome any Year 12 (or equivalent) student at a UK state school or college studying Maths and Further Maths who is interested in Mathematics or Computer Science and has a strong academic record. You will not require a laptop or other portable electronic device to take part in the event.
