Hertford College Geography Club is open to pupils in Years 10, 11, 12 and 13 at state schools in one of Hertford College’s link regions – Camden, Essex, Medway, Peterborough, Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock.

Join Oxford University students to answer some of the biggest questions in contemporary geography and gain an insight into what it’s like to study the subject at university.

Our brand-new online Geography Club will tackle a wide variety of questions from across the subject. In seven after-school discussions, you’ll have the opportunity to discover a new university-level topic, hear the insights of our student ambassadors, and develop your own academic thinking skills through discussion and debate. If you’re thinking about studying geography in the future – either at university or A Level – then this is the perfect group for you and is a great way to get involved in super-curricular study.

The programme will take place on Zoom. Sessions will be after school on a Monday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm on the following dates: 15th March, 29th March, 12th April, 26th April, 10th May, 24th May and 7th June.
