13:45 - 14:30 Chemistry: The Interdisciplinary Science. Academic talk by Dr. Nicola Farrer, Wellcome Trust Fellow, on her groups' work on 'Metals in Medicine'.

14:30 - 15:00 Plastics from another Perspective. Academic talk by Wouter Lindeboom, current PhD student in Professor Charlotte Williams’ group (tbc).

15:15 - 16:15 'Gases in the Air: Understanding Atmospheric Chemistry' - lecture-demonstration by Tim Harrison, Bristol University - TBC.
