Oxplore Book Club with Manjeet Mann

Award winning author, Manjeet Mann, will be joining us for Oxplore Book Club in April. Her YA novel, The Crossing, is a powerful story, written in verse, that brings the refugee crisis into sharp relief.

During the event, Manjeet will be talking about the inspiration behind The Crossing. There will also be an extended Q&A, which will be your opportunity to share your thoughts on the book and learn more about the characters, themes and process of writing.

Taking Part
Oxplore Book Club is designed as a super-curricular activity for young people aged 11-14. Participation is free and the only technical requirements are internet access and a Zoom account.
