Medicine and Materials - KS3/4 study day

This hands-on study day is suitable for students in years 9 and 10 with links to chemistry and biology. It will be held at the Museum of the History of Science, the Oxford University Chemistry Department and the Oxford University Botanic Garden. The programme includes workshops on the story of penicillin, medicines from plants, and methods of extracting essential oils.
