Are you a state school student in the North West of England, considering studying science? The North West Science Network will give you access to research-level science and scientists, help you make choices about Higher Education, and to support you in your application and entry into university.

The Launch event for the NWSN will take place on 13th October, starting at 3:30pm with registration and a Welcome from Professor Peter Nellist, followed by a Guest Lecture (4-5pm) from Professor Susie Speller of the Materials Science Department, titled "Making a sun in a freezer: superconductors for nuclear fusion.”

The North West Science Network is a partnership between Corpus Christi College and schools in the North West of England.
