Discover Computer Science

A programme for Y11 students (Scottish S5 or NI Y12) of Black and mixed heritage who self-identify as female or non-binary, from state-funded schools in the UK, Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

This mostly online programme, run by Oxford’s Computer Science Department in collaboration with Christ Church, offers a beyond the school curriculum insight bringing together theory with interactive exploration.

These online sessions will be one hour long, one session beginning at 16:15 and ending at 17:15 and a repeat session from 17:30 until 18:30. Successful applicants will be allotted one of these times to take part for these online sessions.
