St Hugh’s Connect is an online engagement project which has been running since 2021, consisting of one-hour Q&As led by current undergraduates. Sessions take place every two weeks during key stages of the UCAS and Oxbridge application processes. During these sessions, students have the opportunity to talk directly to St Hugh’s current undergraduates about various aspects of the application process; to receive some top tips on preparing a competitive application; and also to hear about the undergraduate experience from a range of authentic student voices. Each session focuses on a different theme and students are welcome to attend as many or as few as they like. The sessions are aimed at Sixth Formers in state education.

The 17 May session is an introduction to navigating university applications, how to choose the right course and the right universities for you, as well as various steps of the application process.
