Balliol Chemistry Taster Day

These taster sessions take place on site, and include academic lectures, admissions information talks and a demonstration Oxford-style interview. Students will also have the opportunity to speak to tutors and current undergraduates who study their chosen course.

Participants will take part in some academic sessions, a practical workshop, a tour with undergrads and will be able to observe a demonstration interview. Refreshments and a two course hot lunch will be provided. Support with travel costs will only be available for the most disadvantaged applicants.

This is event is for Year 12 students from UK state schools who are seriously thinking about applying to Oxford to study Chemistry. Students from underrepresented groups will be prioritised for this event.
