Awards

We have won a number of awards for our new buildings and conservation work. In June 2016 the Blavatnik School of Government, designed by Swiss architects Herzog and de Meuron, and the newly renovated Weston Library, won Royal Institute of British Architects national awards.

The judging panel described the interior of the Blavatnik School of Government as ‘simply breathtaking’ and the Weston Library was recognised as a building of ‘national importance’ where particular care had been taken with the intensive and lengthy refurbishment process.

Other examples include Oxford Preservation Trust (OPT) awards for the Museum of Natural History, the former Radcliffe Infirmary Outpatients Building, and St Luke’s Chapel.  There have also been OPT new building awards for the Ruskin School of Art, Nuffield Department of Medicine and the Andrew Wiles Building which is home to the Mathematical Institute.

Visit the Estates Services website for a more detailed list of awards received for our buildings.
