Guidance and templates for Oxford staff
The Global Engagement team, in consultation with Legal Services, has developed a number of templates and guidance documents for use by academics and departments that wish to enter into a formal agreement with another institution outside of the UK. We strongly encourage their use to protect both parties in any agreement.
To access these files you will need your SSO login:
- A document setting out the process that we encourage all departments to follow when first considering entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with an institution outside of the UK.
- A template Memorandum of Understanding
- A template Data Sharing Agreement for use where there is an intention for the two institutions to share personal data (an MoU alone should not be relied upon to govern this arrangement)
