Strategic Plan 2025-2030
The University of Oxford’s Strategic Plan 2025–2030 sets out our shared ambitions for the next five years.
At a time of global uncertainty and rapid change, the Plan articulates how the collegiate University will work together to sustain excellence in education and research, extend our impact through innovation, and exercise leadership through partnership for the benefit of society.
The Plan focuses on four themes:
- Education and learning
- Research and discovery
- Impact through innovation
- Leadership through partnership
These priorities are underpinned by commitments to our people, our physical and digital estate, financial sustainability and environmental sustainability.
The Strategic Plan does not replace local plans. Rather, it identifies where collective endeavour across the University will enable us to achieve more together than we could alone.
