Focus is the University’s Continuous Improvement and change team. It is also a key delivery partner of Professional Services Together.
Focus supports individuals, teams, departments and divisions across Oxford to improve services using its proven approaches and toolkit. It partners with colleagues on service improvement projects and enables people to develop their own skills in Continuous Improvement (CI) through its development programmes and the thriving CI community. These skills provide a foundation that will be useful throughout a career and in any role.
