iTransform: submit your ideas to shape future digital services

iTransform is an initiative to plan the University’s future investment in digital services and IT infrastructure. It is a unique opportunity to transform the way we all work and study – making improvements to the digital experience for education, research, outreach and administrative activities.

Take part in the discussion

If you have ideas to help transform the way we all work and study, you can take part by sharing your suggestions via the Oxford Ideas platform (SSO required) from Monday 21 March and Thursday 14 April

Transform the digital experience

All students have the opportunity to join the discussion on how to transform the digital experience in three main areas:

  1. the student lifecycle
  2. the research lifecycle
  3. professional services and university administration.

You don’t need to provide a fully formed technical solution to contribute. You may put forward a problem with a system you use regularly that doesn’t have a known solution yet, or you may have heard of a new digital tool that you think would be beneficial to the University. All ideas, thoughts, comments are welcome whether they are fully formed or not.

What happens next?

Ideas submitted will be analysed and combined with findings from focus groups, interviews and workshops attended by representatives across the University. These, along with strategic needs and digital innovation insights, will help to shape proposals for future investment as part of the business case for iTransform. If you have questions about the iTransform programme, please contact [email protected].
