Canadian Bureau for International Education
The Canadian Bureau for International Education offers scholarships for Canadian citizens and residents who wish to study abroad.
The Charles Wallace Trusts
The Charles Wallace Trusts for Pakistan, Bangladesh and Burma/Myanmar assist the nationals of these countries to obtain education and professional development in the UK.
Cusanuswerk Scholarships offer financial support for studies as well as an interdisciplinary education programme which encourages discussion about science and belief, society and the church.
Daiwa Anglo–Japanese Foundation
The Daiwa Anglo–Japanese Foundation awards grants to individuals, institutions and organisations to promote links between the UK and Japan.
Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship
To be considered for a Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship, candidates must: be a female student enrolled or accepted onto a bachelor's, master's or DPhil course (or equivalent); be enrolled in full-time study at a university in Europe; be studying computer science, computer engineering, informatics or a related technical field; and maintain an excellent academic record. The scholarship is for €7,000.
Great Britain China Educational Trust
The Great Britain China Educational Trust provides awards for Chinese students studying in the UK through different programmes.
HealthWatch student prize for critical appraisal of clinical trials protocols
The HealthWatch student prize for critical appraisal of clinical trials protocols is open to medical students and provides a first prize of £500 and runner up prizes of £100. The closing date is normally in June each year.
Indian Department of Education
The Indian Department of Education provides funding opportunities for Indian students studying abroad.
Interior-Deluxe Scholarship Program
The Interior-Deluxe Scholarship Program offers a needs-based scholarship of $1,500 USD and is open to students from all countries.
Lanekassen is the Norwegian student loan and grant-awarding body which supports Norwegian students to study overseas.
The Leathersellers' Company
The Leathersellers' Company awards grants of up to £4,000 per year to study for a full-time degree at any UK university. The deadline for completed submissions is usually in June.
Lighting55 Scholarship Program
The Lighting55 Scholarship Program offers a needs-based scholarship of $1,250 USD and is open to students from all countries.
Marketing Results offers a digital marketing scholarship of $2,000 AUD for full-time and part-time students.
The Mexican Embassy publishes information on scholarships open to Mexican students, including funding offered by the Mexican Academy of Sciences and the Fund for Human Resources Development (Bank of Mexico).
Mohamedali Karimjee Trust
The Mohamedali Karimjee Trust provides grants to African students for study in the UK.
The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) Scholarships
The NSHSS offers several academic scholarships and competitions annually to members (to join you must be a top academic achiever from high schools around the world).
Open Society Foundations
Open Society Foundations offer a range of grants, scholarships and fellowships throughout the year.
Public Service Commission Scholarships
The Singapore Government offers scholarships to those interested in pursuing a career in Civil Service.
Regeneration Center of Thailand
The Regeneration Center of Thailand offers a scholarship of $1,500 USD to the winner of an essay contest. Undergraduate and graduate students of ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations) descent are eligible to apply. The ASEAN member states include: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
R. H. Douglas Scholarship
The R. H. Douglas Scholarship provides awards of at least $2,000 per year for tuition or living costs, to students with Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Polish or Russian citizenship. Applications normally have to be submitted by the beginning of April.
Science Group STEM Bursary Scheme
The Science Group STEM Bursary Scheme aims to support the development of science and engineering skills in the UK. The scheme provides bursaries of £2,500 to students studying specific science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) courses. The closing date is normally in September each year.
The Westheimer Health and Social Care Scholarships
The Westheimer Health and Social Care Scholarships provide grants ranging from £10,000 to £20,000 for young asylum seekers undertaking courses in social care, medicine, nursing or related professions. The closing date is normally May each year.
US Department of Veterans Affairs
