EQuip Yourself - The science of happiness and how to achieve it
The happier we are, the more productive and effective we become. But what is happiness and how do we achieve it? This workshop explores how the neuroscience and psychology of happiness works within the brain. It will help you to understand what contributes to individual happiness and how happiness starts with self-awareness. It will introduce the Laughology Happiness Model and the five pillars* that feed into wider happiness and self-efficacy, to help improve outcomes and success in a variety of situations.
