Oxford University Sport launches #StayInAndWorkOut scheme

Oxford University Sport is expanding the #ActiveAtOxford scheme to include #StayInAndWorkOut. 

In this response to the current national lockdown, Uni Sport will share workout ideas, tips and short exercise videos on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. 

They're also looking for ideas and tips from you. If you are finding alternative ways to workout then tag @OxfordUniSport in your social media posts and use both hashtags #ActiveAtOxford and #StayInAndWorkOut.
