Open Event: Undergraduate Diploma in Creative Writing

Join us on Wednesday 1 December 2021, from 7-9pm (UK time) for a virtual open event for the part-time Undergraduate Diploma in Creative Writing.

This will give you the chance to meet the Course Director, Dr John Ballam, discover more about the different study options and have your questions answered.

This two-year, part-time diploma allows you to strengthen your ability in four major areas of literary activity — prose, poetry, drama and analytical reading — as well as the chance to specialise in the genre of your choice.

There are two ways to study (in-person in Oxford or mostly online) so you can join the format best for you.

Many of our former students have had work accepted for publication during or after their time with us. A significant number have progressed to Creative Writing MAs and MFA programmes at a range of universities, including Oxford University’s Master's in Creative Writing.
