Oxford Open Doors 2021: Department for Continuing Education
As part of Oxford Open Doors, join us on Saturday 11 September 2021 for walking tours and short talks on lifelong learning.
Walking tours will include local and social history, literature, ecology – and even a ghostly walk!
Talks will discuss preparing for study, and will explore the wide range of courses available for adult learners at Oxford Continuing Education.
Oxford's Department for Continuing Education is one of the oldest providers of part-time adult education in the UK, having been founded in 1878 at the forefront of the University Extension movement. We offer a wide range of opportunities for adult learners including short online courses, day schools, weekly classes and summer schools, as well as part-time undergraduate and postgraduate awards and degrees.
