There will be three sessions per language* at 14:00, 14:40, and 15:20; these separate meetings have been organised so that you can ask about more than one language. There is no need to book to attend these afternoon sessions. *(Please note that there will only be two sessions for Modern Greek, Czech, & Polish, at 14:40 and 15:20)
