Technological Responses to Disappearance
What, if anything, can be done to counter the violence of enforced disappearance? How can we learn about its reality, and also consider the latest technological developments in the attempts to combat this egregious crime? Índira Navarro, the leader of the Searching Mothers' Collective 'Guerreros Buscadores de Jalisco', will be joined by a panel of international experts including Nicholas Márquez, Miguel Moctezuma, José Luis Silván, Jorge Ruiz-Reyes and Andrea Horcasitas.
