Searching for the Disappeared: The Case of Mexico
The issue of disappearance has a devastating impact on families and entire communities. Often it is left up to loved ones to conduct the searches, in the absences of state action and response.
In this talk we will hear from Lizet and Carmen Cardona of the Mexican organisation, Corazones Robados Searching Mothers' Collective, who will speak of the struggles and challenges search collectives face in their attempts to find those taken and search for justice.
