Public Film Screening: Coded Bias

The Accelerator Fellowship Programme is delighted to host an exclusive screening of Coded Bias by Dr Joy Buolamwini, Inaugural Fellow of the Programme. Directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Shalini Kantayya, this landmark documentary explores the intersections of AI, ethics and systemic bias. The screening forms part of the film’s fifth Anniversary World Tour and will be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Financial Times AI Correspondent Melissa Heikkilä, featuring Dr Buolamwini and Dr Caroline Green. The evening concludes with a book signing and reception, offering a rare opportunity to engage with global voices shaping algorithmic accountability.
