Poetry in the Galleries: The Ashmolean Story Gallery

Poets from Oxford and surrounding areas will explore and celebrate the Museum’s pieces, renowned or recherche, intriguing or glorious and newly-acquired artworks.

Poems will be recited next to the objects and artworks that inspired the poets. If you want to talk to the poets, most of us are friendly!

The November tour will be inside the Ashmolean Story Gallery 2 on the lower ground floor, where many of the Ashmolean's treasures are on show.
